Screw Your Buddy

Personnel are divided into groups of 5 or 6.  Each team executes exercise while an individual conducts the individual exercise.  The team continues executing team exercises until every member of the team accomplishes the individual exercise.  Once each Team has completed the individual exercise, transition to the next round.  NOTE:  This is ideal for PT in a Gymnasium.  If performing on a track or large field, mark off a running area no longer than 50 yards.
